Spitalerhof continues to be a very attractive option for Hamburg companies. Since March 2010, three new tenants have moved into their new offices in Spitalerhof. Lehmann Zeitarbeit - the new Hamburg branch of Munich´s well established personnel consulting company, Interbrau - a trading company of the Ameropa group, who are tenants of Spitaler since 2008 and GRS Reimer Partner Architects have joined the illustrious group of tenants in Spitalerhof. GRS, who have been consultants of the extensive high quality refurbishment of Spitalerhof have decided to relocate their city office to Spitalerhof when their previous office was demolished. GRS are also responsible for the high standard of fit-out as they are carrying out the works for Landlord and tenants.

In October, Me.ga.3, another personnel consulting company are moving into Spitalerhof. Me.ga.3 was previously located near Town Hall, but were seeking a modern office with excellent connection to public transport and have committed long term to Spitalerhof. Currently, 95% of the space is let in Spitalerhof and given current interest levels, we expect to fully let in the coming months.
