SUPER SAT SYSTEMS EXPAND AT CITYNORTH BUSINESS CAMPUS, CO. MEATH

CityNorth Business Campus is delighted to announce that Super Sat Systems have expanded their business at CityNorth Business Campus, Exit 7 M1, Stamullen, Co. Meath.  Kelly Walsh sold the 419 sq.m (4,510 sq.ft) property for a price in the region of €1,290 per sq.m (€120 per sq.ft).

Unit 2, Block 4, is an own door unit, located in a block of 12 business style units; each unit contains bright spacious offices over two levels and a large warehouse facility.  The eaves height is 8 meters and there is roller shutter door to the front of the building and toilet facilities on both levels.

Super Sat Systems had previously purchased Unit 1, Block 4, the company has grown rapidly in the last 12 months and is expanding into the DTT, Digital Terrestrial Television supply systems.  Super Sat Systems are now also in a position to carry out on site Marine Diagnostics.  They can diagnose problems on the majority of Marine engines, such as Volvo Penta, Mercruiser/Mercury, Yamaha, Kawasaki.  The two adjoining units have been connected in the warehouse element of building, allowing flexibility of occupancy between the two units.

Super Sat Systems was established in 2005 by Joseph and Daniel Moore.  Initially the company commenced operating as a supplier of FTA (Free-to-Air) Satellite Television Systems.  As the company grew, Super Sat Systems expanded into installing commercial systems to Hotels, apartment blocks and business parks.  Super Sat Systems also provides other services including:

Building and repairing computers and mobile on-site car diagnostics

Providing receivers that are capable of showing the new DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) system, which is being rolled out across Ireland in 2012

Supply satellite systems for use on luxury yachts, cruisers and fishing trawlers

Supply complete motorised systems for motor homes.

Super Sat Systems originated as a local business; therefore CityNorth suited their business model as it is in an ideal location adjacent to the M1 Motorway while remaining in the area.

CityNorth has recently welcomed a number of other new tenants to the campus including Autobar Vending Ltd, Millmount Healthcare, PRM Group, S&S installations and Focus Scientific Solutions.  These companies are Irish companies who are providing employment to the area. Many of these companies were previously based in the North Eastern Business Corridor and sought to relocate to a state of the art fourth generation business campus with all the associated facilities at CityNorth. Other factors which attracted them to the campus were the CityNorth Hotel facility, the accessibility of the Campus to the M1, as well as the high standard of buildings and landscaping on site.  Kelly Walsh is confident of announcing another significant operator in the coming months based on the quality of enquiries.

The CityNorth Hotel is a busy commercial business at the heart of the CityNorth estate. CityNorth Hotel is a contemporary four star that combines high standards of hospitality and service, stylish bedrooms and good value with a very accessible location. With excellent guest amenities on site and superb local attractions nearby, CityNorth Hotel is a service point for the frequent daily Matthews coaches which call to Croke Park, Dublin city centre, Bettystown and Drogheda.  CityNorth Hotel is a popular choice for wedding celebrations, meetings and conferences in Meath and the surrounding areas.
