CBRE - Development, Land & Investment (3 years). Alex qualified in 1999 and joined CBRE as a Surveyor with the Investment Department responsible for asset sales and marketing. He then went on to the Development Land Department where he held a role for a further 2 years, working on site sales and acquisitions and JV consultancy.
ACC Bank – Senior Lending Property Team (4 years). In 2002, Alex moved to ACC Bank plc, property lending team as a Senior Lending Manager with a business team of 7 persons. His responsibilities included the provision of finance for a range of property transactions including development land, construction and investment properties.,

Development delivery of key projects including; project funding, and project management of construction contracts, tender and legal, occupier agreements, sales, marketing and completions.
