Previously a Director of HWBC Chartered Surveyors (mid 2005 – early 2008). As one of the Directors of the Investment Department, Andrew acted on behalf of both private and institutional clients in both sales and acquisitions on their behalf.
Associate Partner in Palmer McCormack for just over 2 years having joined Palmer McCormack straight from college in 1997. Andrew previously worked in the retail department of Palmer McCormack before leaving for a year to pursue and complete a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology at DCU. Having finished his studies, he returned to the Investment Department of Palmer McCormack where he was based until his move to HWBC.

Andrew has been involved in a large number of sales and acquisitions spread over a wide range of lot sizes and degrees of complexity.
He has acquired a large amount of experience through his career to-date including handling acquisitions, sales, and provision of development, funding and asset management advice including implementation of rent review programmes.
Andrew is the Divisional Director of the Investment Division within McGarrell Reilly with primary responsibility for the asset and property management of the investment portfolio which comprises primarily of commercial property in Dublin, London and Germany (Hamburg, Braunschweig). Day–to-day work involves managing the letting programs, rent reviews, acquisitions and sales of the portfolio however Andrew also oversees detailed monitoring of the in-house property management sub-division including debtors/creditors control, cashflow prediction and optimisation, liaising with the Finance department.
