Silverstone House is a multi-let, standalone, self-contained modern office building. The 3,000 sq m four storey over 3 level basement building, which was completed in 1998 was purchased by the McGarrell Reilly Group in 2016.
The building’s façade of part cut stone, part glazed façade faces on to Corrig Road, the entrance of which is just a short walk to the Luas Green Line station at Stillorgan. The largely glazed upper floors provide excellent natural light throughout all floor plates. The ‘L-shaped’ layout of the building block, which is expediently split either side of the central core, provides excellent flexibility and efficiencies for the various occupiers.
