We have recently completed an overall reception upgrade at one of our Sandyford properties Corrig Court. Located on Ballymoss Road, Corrig Court is a 38,000 sq ft office building currently fully let to three tenants - Cubic Telecom, BSI and Micro Focus.
The scope of works consisted of a complete refurbishment to the existing reception area with custom joinery, veneer wall panelling, with new floor and ceiling finishes throughout. The refurbishment transformed the reception from a once dated and open space into an enclosed area with separate seating and co-working zones while maintaining an open, bright and modern feel.
